Oh Baby

I don't have kids.

Nor do I want them yet.

But for a month every year, I have 24 babies!!

Child develppment students have finally made it to the fun unit. Infants! When you think of this class, this might be all you remember. Just remember that any time and frustration you spent on that simulation baby, your teacher spent even more time programing and preparing it for you! I found myself camping at the school last week at 9 pm to make sure these babies were operating at peak screaming levels. I scared myself and the janitor during this process.

Babies have spent their first weekend at home. The reviews are mixed! I asked one student how it went and her response was "I cried." Another told me, "I think I'm going crazy, I still hear it crying!" Another, "this is good birth control." Still all were glad they did it and feel more prepared for children in the far out future.

Mission accomplished!

So fun to go watch a pink out volleyball game and see the little blue dot of a simulation baby!
