Welcome to Culinary Creative, where food becomes an art form and the kitchen is your canvas! In this course, students will explore the aesthetics of cooking and eating—from visual presentation to flavor pairing. Imaginative topics like iconic Disney foods, food trends, and creative plating techniques. We'll also tackle real-world issues such as food waste and sustainable cooking, encouraging students to think critically and innovatively about what we eat and how we prepare it. This class is all about experimenting, expressing yourself, and discovering the joy of culinary creativity.

Advanced Culinary

In this advanced-level culinary course, students will build on foundational kitchen skills to master more complex cooking techniques and explore the art and science of food at a higher level. Emphasis will be placed on culinary precision, presentation, flavor development, and creative menu planning. Students will also explore career pathways in the hospitality, tourism, and culinary industries through hands-on experiences, guest speakers, and real-world projects.
