It's TIIIIIIMMMEEE

Culinary Basics students are spoiled during the holidays! We make as many treats as humanly possible in a week! Then students participate in a cookie exchange and get to try them all!


This year each kitchen group made a different kind. Gingerbread, sugar cut outs, spritz, crinkle, and thumbprint. The following week we washed it all down with learning the history of hot cocoa and made our very own hot chocolate spoons. We evaluated the cost of this product and determined sometimes homemade gifts are a great option.


Be sure to ask your culinary student to help you with your holiday cooking/baking- they've been training all year for this moment!
