Carlson Meat Market Field Trip

Advanced culinary arts students took a trip to Grove City to visit a local butcher shop. We were able to see much of the processing and kids had the chance to purchase at the end of day.

Over the course of the next few days students planned and prepared dishes using the meat they purchased. We had fajitas, meatballs, burgers and ribs. This classroom never smelled so good!
